Program Components and Outline

The program focuses on creating/unlocking intuitive awareness of our personal energy and the patterns that drain us of it. It assists us in understanding and hence re-training our system for a healthier, more joyous way of life.

Various time-honored and scientifically approved techniques such as breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation, yoga asanas, storytelling, music, and aromatherapy among others are used to achieve this aim.

We focus on creating/unlocking intuitive awareness of personal energy and the patterns that drain us of it. It assists us in understanding and hence re-tuning our system for a healthier, more joyous way of life. The workshops are a distillation of various spiritual disciplines brought together in a practical format. Time honoured and scientifically approved techniques are used, such as –

Breath work,

Mindfulness and Guided Meditation,

Yoga asanas,

Mantras and Chanting,

Story telling and Music,

Journaling,

Group processes,

Aromatherapy (among others).

The program comprises of three different parts

Part 1: Developing inner understanding

Where we focus on developing a familiarity with the inner space and workings.

We bring into observation the motivations, expectations, desires, etc that lie inside us and influence our behavior without our realization.

Part 2: Letting go

Here we focus on pinpointing and releasing those personal patterns that drain our energy and leave us feeling depleted physically, mentally, and/or emotionally.

Part 3: Transforming energy

In the last part, we focus on re-training the energy into new channels that we create with mindful awareness.

For beginners, the Part 1 workshop takes 5 days with 2-hour sessions daily and some self-practice sessions at home.

Part 2 takes 3 days with 3-hour intensive sessions daily.

Part 3 also takes 3 days with 3 -5 hour intensive sessions daily and is done on a residential basis.

For long-term meditators, parts 2 and 3 can be clubbed into a 6-day residential program with 3-5 hour intensive sessions daily.
